Dispute Resolution provides a system for compliance with IDEA due process requirements. This section's activities include complaint investigations, supervision of due process hearings, and pre-filing mediation services.

Disability Rights Center

The Arkansas Disability Rights Center (DRC) maintains the Arkansas Parent Information Exchange (ArPie) at www.arkdisabilityrights.org. ArPie provides a forum for parents of students with disabilities receiving educational services through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and educational accommodations through Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
