	The Exchange: "Putting Real Youth Participation into Practice" This report is published by the National Clearinghouse on Families and Youth. NCFY provides practical guidance to organizations on implementing youth involvement efforts (12 pages). NCFY was established by the Family and Youth Services Bureau of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to be a resource for those interested in developing effective strategies for supporting youth and their families. NCFY is a free information source for youth service professionals, policymakers, and the general public.

	Creating Change: How organizations connect with youth, build communities, and strengthen themselves Published in 2004 by the Innovation Center, this booklet explores the complex links between youth development, community engagement, and social justice. Divided into two sections, the first Youth Development and Community Engagement, explores ways that community organizations engage and support young people by involving them in community change. The second, Community Organizations and Social Justice, explores the conditions that organizations must create for young people to make their communities more just and equitable.
